Quaker Style Chewy Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup rice crispies
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Press into a 8×8 Pan.
- Bake at 350F for 18 minutes.
- Remove from oven and press again.
- Allow to cool prior to cutting.
